The Wake Príncipe Real

Full renovation of a former restaurant in Príncipe Real to create The Wake Irish Pub, a project for an Irish client with experience in the hospitality sector.

We completed the electrical installation, plumbing, plasterboard framing and painting. The cabinets were produced by Sudstudio. The client supplied the large timber counter, curtains, upholstery and flooring, which our team installed. The existing doors were retained.

Access to the space, via a steep descent, was the main logistical constraint. Work began in February 2025 and ran for around three months.
